You’re ready to receive more money right?

But, it’s just not happening in the way you would like it to and it seems almost like there’s some block or obstacle there that you just can’t put your finger on.

And you’re not wrong!

When it comes to receiving more money two things happen:

1. Any fears you have around having money or being rich are amplified when there’s more.

What fears do you have around being rich? Replace these with why it’s actually safer, more joyful, more aligned for you to be rich.

For example, I was afraid that being rich would make me less safe but I can easily make an argument for the opposite — being rich keeps me safer because I live in a safer neighborhood, I drive a safer car, I have a better security and support system, I eat healthier foods, etc.

If you’re having trouble receiving more you probably still have fears around being rich and it’s time to shift them.

2. Money is energy. More money is more energy. Meaning your nervous system has to be capable of holding more energy to receive and hold more money.

If you are frazzled, exhausted, non-stop busy and in constant fight or flight mode your nervous system doesn’t have the capacity to take on anything else.

How do you shift this? There’s lots of ways! Create more space in your life, eat foods that give you energy, add in breathing or meditation practices, move your body in a way that feels aligned, SAY NO to EVERYTHING that’s not aligned.

Receiving more money is actually as easy as turning up the faucet on the sink when you’ve cleared your fears and you have a healthy nervous system capable of receiving more.

More is always available.

More is always circulating.

More has always been there and will always be there.
