I had the joy of hosting two VIP destination intensives last week at the beautiful St. Julien Hotel here in Boulder, Colorado.

I love working in an intensive way like this because of the incredible transformation that can happen during this focused time.

A mentor of mine once compared intensives to surgery, instead of just putting a bandaid over an issue there’s actually time to recognize and remove it from your life. Leaving space for something new and better.

A focus that came up in both of these days with women entrepreneurs just like you, is how to attract exactly what you want — whether that be booking up with clients, hitting a certain income goal, or even meeting your dream guy.

Having studied manifesting for years now, and consistently using it in my own life, there are key steps that I find accelerate the process.

The 3 Steps I Use to Manifest Anything: 

  1. Clarity.

    What do you want and why?



    You can start with the material level of ‘I want my dream home’ or ‘I want to fill up my coaching practice’. Make a list of the big desires you have in your life right now.


  2. Get Emotional.

    How do you think you’ll feel once you manifest this desire?



    Maybe having your dream home will make you feel safe or secure. Or filling up your coaching practice will make you feel wealthy andexpansive. Narrow this down to just a couple (or even one) core emotion that you think manifesting your goals will make you feel.


  3. Feel it now.

    What can you do to feel this desired emotion now?



    Similar emotions are on the same frequency and vibration. Love, laughter, wealth, freedom, joy. They all vibrate at the same level, when you’re feeling free and joyful you automatically attract more wealth. You’re a magnet for other experiences at the same frequency.



    On the other side, if you’re feeling exhausted or afraid, you’re a magnet for feelings of lack, sadness and other same frequency emotions.



    Choose what you’re attracting wisely!

This practice is also a great way to discover why you haven’t manifested certain things in your life yet.

For instance, you may find that you’ve been wanting to book up your coaching practice so that you finally feel you deserve to relax.

But, what if you just gave yourself permission to relax and have some down time now instead of putting yourself in a bind? By relaxing more now you may find that your coaching packages automatically start filling up with more ease.

Now it’s your turn, take action!

* Write out a list of what you desire right now.
* Distill it down to the core emotions each of these manifestations will give you.
* Choose actions and experiences that will give you a similar feeling (or at least on the same frequency) and start doing them today!
