The 5 Traits of Super Successful Coaches and Entrepreneurs

1. Make decisions quickly and follow their intuition and desires: 

No spending days, weeks and months thinking about something, weighing the pros and cons, considering, asking everyone we know what they think, and then thinking about it some more.Successful coaches and entrepreneurs consistently sharpen one of their most powerful tools, their intuition. If our guts say ‘go’ even if it feels to-tally crazy, we go.

2. Seek support from experts: 

Not a single one of us is out there trying to wing it on our own hoping something will stick. You won’t catch a successful coach scanning Facebook for the latest hot tip to get new leads on her list. Nope. She’s hired a coach who knows the next steps for her to take, who’s been in her position before and can offer solid expert advice and support.

3. Surround themselves with a supportive community: 

We’re well aware of the saying “You’re the 5 people you hang out with most” and therefore surround ourselves with people who inspire and lift us up. Being an entrepreneur and working behind your laptop can be totally lonely at times. Successful coaches have friends and connections who dream big and cheer them on rather than question them on why they’re reaching so high.

4. Strong development of self: 

Successful coaches and entrepreneurs don’t stop doing wealth consciousness, meditation, visualization or mindset work as soon as they’ve “made it”. We get that a huge part of us “making it” was getting our minds into shape in the first place. And we’re consistently keeping ourselves on track with these practices and personal growth opportunities.

5. Consistently learning new techniques to streamline and grow their business: 

Successful entrepreneurs are continually seeking out ways to grow and expand their impact and income. This includes enrolling ourselves in high-level group programs, hiring team members who are experts themselves and delegating whenever possible. And a high-level coach (1:1 or group) is usually who’s helping us get clear on these next steps.

Success leaves footprints. You don’t need to reinvent the wheel.

As soon as I discovered the coaching business world I dove in 100% and never looked back! I signed up for a group coaching program, I followed the coaching and left no space in my mind for anything but success.
