Do you ever have those days where you just want to curl up in a ball and take things a little slower? Me too!
Actually, this was exactly how I felt on Monday. I’d had a nice long weekend and my practical side was telling me ‘it’s time to get back to work!’
But I kept getting a hit from my intuition to just take a step back and really slow down. I could feel that there was some self-care and personal work I needed to take care of in order to move to the next level in my business.
So I threw out a big blanket and spent the day with my laptop, a great book, and my journal. I did a little work, but mainly I just listened to abundance affirmations, dug deep into any lingering beliefs of lack, and just let myself be still.
And when I stopped pushing so hard I was able to reconnect to my highest level and receive new unexpected clients.
Know that taking a moment for yourself doesn’t mean you’re letting your dreams go. It means you’re going to be in a place to push ahead with more strength and passion and see even greater results.Love the video? Share it with a friend who might need a break too.
