I hope you had a lovely and long Memorial Day weekend!

Mine was filled with catching up with friends, running the Bolder Boulder 10k, and continuing to connect with as many of you as possible through Facebook, LinkedIn, and email.

I want to share an experience I think all women deserve at least once a year (if not more often)…having someone take gorgeous photos of you!

After launching my new mentorship and watching my business start to really take off, I knew it was time for some new photos to capture who I am at this point in my life.

And last week I was so fortunate to get to work with the Lovely Lisa Anne from LisaAnne Photography to shoot some brand new photos for my website and offerings.

This is the second time I’ve had the opportunity to take photos with Lisa (she shot my wedding last year as well) and she was such a pleasure to work with. A true empowered female entrepreneur living her passion. My absolute favorite type of person to work with 🙂

Whether you have your own business, work in an office, or are a stay at home mom, I think having a yearly photo shoot is a must. It gives you the opportunity to really connect with yourself. To get pampered, get a little dressed up and enjoy some serious ‘You’ time.

Don’t know where you’re going to get the money for a photo shoot? That’s where I come in! I believe every woman deserves and has the power to earn 5k+ a month without losing the lifestyle she desires as well.

The other reason a great photo shoot is on my non-negotiable list is because us women can be so hard on ourselves. On our appearances, our bodies, and just feel totally uncomfortable being who we are.

A great photographer can help totally shift this relationship, reminding us how beautiful we really are and that what makes us unique (our freckles, quirky smile, dimples, etc.) is actually what make us even more gorgeous.

And the best part is anytime you forget how incredible the amazing authentic you is, you can just pull out that photo and instantly be reminded of the truth.
