I send you so much love and light today.

It’s been awhile since I just sat down to write you a newsletter, to say hi and that I’m thinking of you today, and I’ve missed it.

I’ve been thinking about writing to you and I kept feeling this pressure to give you something actionable or the “6 steps to ———“. But it just felt forced and if I get honest with myself, I don’t think it’s what you need today.

What I believe this entire planet needs more than anything is to remember who we are.

Remember that you are endless potential, that you’re literally made of stars and that you have access to miracles in every moment.

Remember that anytime you don’t feel good it’s because you’ve chosen fear over love and that you have the freedom to choose again in every instant.

Remember that you already know the answers to all of your deepest questions if you’ll give yourself just enough stillness to listen.

All of this is what I want for you.

And for you to know that I am on this journey 100% with you. I send you love and light straight from my heart every day and I want nothing more than for you to choose to feel good today, to feel free.

Freedom comes from knowing that love is all there is.

So no, there’s no action you need to take today to make something happen. Rather, what if you took a deep breath and turned your focus inward for a moment and listened to the voice of your own inner wisdom.

That’s the only action you ever need to take.

And from that space you’ll always know with confidence the exact next step to take, and we never really need to know more than just the next step.

This way of living, of being, will change your life. It’s changed mine.

It’s changed how I feel, my income, how I’m of service, the experience I get to live and how connected I feel.

And now it’s your turn to feel free.
