I know how easy it can be to get down on yourself for not being as far ahead as you think you should be.

I’ve been there. I still feel this way sometimes if I get too wrapped up in what everyone else is doing.

That’s why today I want to share two key practices that can literally change the success of your business and how you feel ASAP.

1. Keep your eyes on YOUR biz.

The quickest way to feel terrible is to get sucked down the rabbit hole of what everyone else is up to.

Here’s an example most entrepreneurs know all too well…

You head over to Facebook to share a great tip in a group and suddenly you’re on someone else’s website who’s created the exact program you’ve been wanting to create and you feel like your dreams went up in flames. You want to cry and quit.

Here’s what to do instead:

• you’ve become aware of your thoughts and words and how they impact your life
• you randomly feel really good, even excited, and you’re not totally sure why
• your list is growing, even 3 new people is growth!
• your social media following is growing (same as above, all growth counts)
• you’re attracting more people into your life who actually get you
• your relationship with money is starting to shift (even if your bank account isn’t overflowing yet) and you’re finding coins + getting discounts and free stuff left and right
