I’m not a fan of overwhelm and overwork and I often find that many of the busiest business owners aren’t earning what they desire.

Believe me, I’ve been one!

I bootstrapped my business for years, building my own site, scheduling clients, sending out invoices, etc. etc.

There’s definitely a time when you’re birthing a new business that you have to push a little more to get that foundation in place. And the days and weeks are definitely longer.
 
But take heart and know your schedule doesn’t need to stay that busy forever, if you don’t want it to.

My clients and colleagues are always curious to hear how I run my multiple 6-figure coaching business in 3-4 days a week.

Even though my typical work schedule is Mon – Wed, I still respond to emails from my awesome VIP clients and my team 5 days a week and I love hopping on social media and connecting with my community throughout the week as well!

I believe strongly in a high touch business, but I take a stand for women entrepreneurs drawing boundaries around when you’re working and when you’re just being you, spending time with family and friends, receiving self care, or even just reading a great book.

And especially with the freedom based business and lifestyle you’re creating, being as effective as possible will go a long way.
