Here in the U.S. we’re about to celebrate the 4th of July, which focuses on our independence and our FREEDOM.

And since I’m a freedom girl it only makes sense to share one of my top tools for feeling Free NOW. (you’re going to love this!)

So often in life we create rules around when we’re allowed to feel free, feel happy, or joyful.

You know what I’m talking about, the “when I’s”: when I’m earning 10K a month, when I lose those last 10lbs, when I move into a new home, when I etc. etc.

There’s a visualization that I often use that helps me stay focused on my dreams and desires but also gives me the opportunity to feel joy and freedom in this moment, today, rather than someday.

It can take as little as a few minutes to create your personalized visualization and is oh-so-worth-it:
 
1. Pull out your journal or you can write this out on your computer or phone.You want to have it written down so going forward practicing this visualization will be super easy.

2. Start to imagine your ideal day and write it out as you go. When would you wake up, how would you feel, what would you do first thing in the morning? Who would you interact with throughout the day, where do you live, what would you wear? There’s no rules here except to get specific and I always recommend focusing on the feelings and emotions of what this would feel like.

Here’s an example visualization to get you started:

“I wake up naturally every morning with the sun and never set an alarm anymore. I hop out of bed full of energy and excited for my day. I walk out on the deck in my new beautiful home and feel completely at peace, taking time for my morning visualization while I drink my latte.

 
I check my emails and notice my amazing assistant has already answered everything and cleaned out my inbox. Well everything except the sales that came in last night from my online course. Another $1,000 came in while I slept! The same as every day, earning money just keeps getting easier.
 
I sit down at my desk, smell the beautiful fresh flowers next to my computer, light some candles and take some deep clearing breaths to prepare for the coaching sessions with my VIP clients. This is one of my favorite parts of my day.”

How does that feel? Pretty good right?!

For the full visualization you would keep writing this out until you wrapped up your day.

3. Now take a couple minutes, usually 3-5 min a day, to get quiet and read your ideal day visualization to yourself. Really imagine what it would feel like to be living this, the joy and peace it would bring you.

And that’s it!

There’s so much power in this visualization because it gives you permission to feel that sense of joy and freedom TODAY rather than someday.

You want your visualization to feel awesome, to really light you up. Mine often gives me full body chills.

And when these feelings wear off I know it’s time to create a new visualization to bring me back into alignment and high vibration again.

Have fun with this and give yourself permission to be, have and do whatever it is you desire. Not someday…today.
