Where do I even begin?

Tomorrow I’ll be flying back to Colorado for the holidays after 10 days in Miami and the Florida Keys.

Going home to snow, Christmas trees, holiday lights and my 30th birthday this Friday.

I’m not going home the same person I was when I flew down 10 days ago.

That’s what’s so incredible about this work, this lifestyle and being a transformational coach. You are consistently shifting, growing and expanding yourself.

The more you put yourself in the game, the more you’re presented with options and get to choose what’s actually true for you.

There’s no right or wrong, just choices and the aftermath of how they make you feel. Did you stand in your truth or did you self-deny or self-abandon?

The biggest shifts that have happened for me in the last year and which I saw strong examples of over the last 10 days are:

• I’m no longer afraid of money. 
A lack thereof, feeling the need to hoard it, guilt about using credit cards, etc.
• I no longer feel alone or crazy for desiring a coaching business. 
I am consistently supported by my own mentor, community and team where playing small isn’t an option.

These are priceless to me.

Yes, they shift how my life looks. But, most importantly they shift how I FEEL. How I experience life. How I interact with others.

As an entrepreneur and especially as a coach, I’m sure you’ve felt one if not both of these. And there’s a very good chance they’re still hanging around in your life.
And I’m here to say, they’re no longer serving you and it’s time to let them go.

I’m so grateful to have spent almost a week at the Ritz Carlton in South Beach, to have soaked up time (and enjoyed incredible seafood!) on the Florida Keys, and to now be ending my trip at the 1939 National Hotel on the beach.

Our desires aren’t random.
