You are so powerful.

Seriously. Hold still for just one second. Ground your feet down into the ground. Feel the air around. Hear the sounds.

You are a work of art.

Think your beliefs and emotions are just that? Think again. These are your super powers. Do you know how to wield them?

You are not a boat lost at sea. You are the captain. You have choices.

I was told recently by one of my coaching clients that they love working with me because I do not tolerate negativity. I do not tolerate pity parties.

I won’t entertain anything less than the best from you because I know what you’re capable of.

I do not tolerate playing small. This benefits no one.

The reason my client loved this about my coaching? Because it forced her to think differently about the situation. She’d start to say something and then stop herself, catching the limiting belief before it even fully left her lips.

And that’s where the ‘Ah-ha’ moment comes from. That’s where your transformation begins.

When you start to see the thoughts, beliefs and words that have been dwelling in your life undercover, hidden from you…know that big things are about to happen. You just shined a light on them and now you have a choice.

You get to decide how to move forward. You are in control. You are the master artist of your life, painting and creating a brilliant reality.

Will you let those old thoughts and beliefs stay? Will you let those feelings of lack, those words of ‘I can’t be successful in my dream job’, ‘I’m not good enough’ to live within you anymore?

You get to decide. You have free will. I’m just a guide.

There is a better way. Kick those negative free loaders out of your life and REPLACE them with something much better. Thoughts, beliefs and words that are actually beneficial to you. That make you shine like the sun.

It’s like redecorating your personal interior with new beautiful chandeliers, that gorgeous plush couch, and a whole lot of fresh cut flowers. You can’t help but glow in that beautiful space.

You are so powerful. And what you do with that power is up to you.
