My whole life I’ve hidden who I am, except to a select few.  I’ve been afraid to be myself.  Afraid to be judged, scoffed at, isolated. Does any of this sound familiar?

Recently, for one of the first times in my life, I’ve started truly owning who I am.  Sharing it with others through my work, my writing, conversation, without fear.  And the positive responses and support have been overwhelming.  And what’s even better,

I feel so free finally being me that I find all the support I really need within myself.

Something happened when I turned 29 about a month ago.  It’s as if the reign of the 20’s is finally coming to an end, and I mean this in the most positive way.  No more ‘trying to figure it all out’, whether it be relationships, career, health, fitness, etc.  I don’t have to try so hard anymore.

I know exactly who I am and I know that every answer to every question I may have is somewhere within that truth.

I feel like I’ve been working towards, praying for, this clarity, this freedom for years. And then suddenly, one day I get up and it’s all fallen into place.  Miracles do happen every day and my shift in perception is most definitely a miracle in my life.

So thank you to all my teachers who’s books I’ve read, talks I’ve attended, family and friends.  And just as powerful, those who have stood in their own truth and shown their own light in the world, inspiring me to do the same. I am so honored to have each of you in my life.

It is my life’s work to help as many people as possible have their own miracle, their own shift in perception. 

To use my own life, my own light, as inspiration to others. To stand in my own truth and not be afraid of being judged or feeling not good enough.  To feel that the ground I stand on is solid, my dreams are worthy, and if I ever feel lost I know exactly how to reconnect and get back on track.  This is what I want for you.

Here’s to your own miracle!  To being guided, to uncovering your happiest most inspired self.

You already have everything you need, it’s time to clear up the muck, remove the blocks, and live your own spirited life.  Let’s get started.
